Healing our land

In the past few years Renee and I have worked hard to restore 25 acres of highly erodible bluff land into wild prairie, transitioning the land to a more sustainable environment for future generations. A person needs to be willing to invest time, energy and be patient. Given proper care, the ecosystem thrives. There is a connection between our land and our politics. Once degraded both take time and effort to restore. I will bring that same level of commitment to restoring civility in Madison.
